Raymond Dick

Service Desk Team Leader

Seeking a lifestyle change from Sydney, Raymond moved to Melbourne mid 2007 and joined Blue Apache. Prior to Blue Apache he worked at Fresenius Medical Care - a world leader in Dialysis Care with over 60,000 employees as the IT technician for the South Asia Pacific region supporting about 200 users and about 20 servers.

Raymond has recently completed certification in Citrix Xen Server complimenting the virtualisation and SAN skills acquired at Fresenius.  He has also recently acquired ITIL certification which has complimented his role as Service Desk Team Leader and sets a framework for driving a continual improvement in the Blue Apache Service Desk and the business as a whole.

Raymond currently lives on the city fringe and enjoys the cafe lifestyle and culture of Melbourne.  He also has a keen interest in bushwalking, fantasy fiction and technology.
