MSSP Alert - Huntress and blueAPACHE expand partnership around Microsoft security

blueAPACHE, a provider of IT services for mid-market businesses, has deepened its collaboration with cybersecurity vendor Huntress. This expansion includes a new reseller agreement that complements their existing managed services relationship, according to a report by Arn Net.

The enhanced partnership allows blueAPACHE customers to access Huntress solutions directly or through a managed offering co-delivered by both companies. This move is expected to bolster blueAPACHE's Microsoft security capabilities, as Huntress products can amplify the value of existing Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Entra investments through managed endpoint detection and response (EDR) and managed ITDR. Customers using Microsoft Business Premium will benefit from extended licenses and integrated monitoring, detection, and response features. Michael Zuppa, CEO of blueAPACHE, emphasized the need for security solutions that adapt to business operations without sacrificing protection, particularly for small to medium-sized businesses. Tuan Nguyen, VP of channels and alliances at Huntress, highlighted blueAPACHE's understanding of the Australian mid-market's security needs, enabling broader access to enterprise-grade protection.
