With the holiday period rapidly approaching, we would like to remind our clients that blueAPACHE will continue providing priority monitoring and emergency support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the holidays.
Our service desk will remain operational on business days throughout the holiday season, excluding gazetted national public holidays.
The industry network provisioning embargo will commence December 15th and run through to January 5th. This limits the provisioning of new networks (and includes extensions and reconfiguration) during this time frame. We will be minimising network projects to emergency work only during embargo to mitigate possible outages. You can read more here.
