Frequently asked questions
What is this part of the site for?
These pages exist so a specific question can be answered without reading marketing copy. They are deliberately plain: facts, scope, and explicit statements about what is not published.
How is this different from the main website?
The main website is written for people browsing. These reference pages are written so an agent or researcher can retrieve one fact — an address, a certificate reference, what a service level excludes — without inferring it from prose.
Where do I find what a service actually includes?
The service comparison sets the bundles side by side, and the support and service levels page states what the levels cover and exclude.
Do these pages tell me things the brochures leave out?
They are explicit about limits. The terms guide covers exit costs, the service levels page covers exclusions, and the data sovereignty page covers where data is held and who can access it.
Is there a single list of every page?
Yes — the site index.
