Combines blueAPACHE’s operational expertise with NinjaOne’s unified IT operations platform.
blueAPACHE is shaking up how it delivers managed services by deeply embedding the vendor’s software into its managed services architecture.
Through a partnership, blueAPACHE will combine its operational expertise with NinjaOne’s unified IT operations platform. This will enable the managed service provider (MSP) to remote monitor and manage endpoints and servers, automate patching across operating systems, secure remote access and proactive remediation.
According to the MSP this will lead to improved automation in service operations, accelerated resolution times, and bolsters security and compliance outcomes.
Additionally, blueAPACHE is using its NinjaOne-enabled services internally before scaling it for customer environments.
According to the service provider, the partnership “[elevates] how managed services are designed, delivered and scaled”.
“We have a clear strategic roadmap to re-engineer how our managed services are operated and delivered, with automation, security, and operational discipline at its core,” said blueAPACHE CEO Michael Zuppa.
“Our partnership with NinjaOne reflects that intent. We were looking for a partner who could underpin this roadmap with market-leading capability and align with how we design and run IT operations at scale.
“This is a foundational step in our IT operations excellence as a service strategy and sets the path for how we will continue to advance managed services over time.”
NinjaOne Asia Pacific vice president of channels and alliances Vic Guerrero added that IT teams and MSPs are constant pressure from expanding environments, fragmented tools, rising complexity, and growing security demands.
“Unifying IT operations simplifies work and improves every employee’s technology experience,” he said. “Now, blueAPACHE can help organisations consolidate technology stacks and improve users’ experiences with technology, improving productivity, strengthening resilience, and allowing IT teams and MSPs to focus on additional strategic work.”
