More and more organisations are moving to the cloud at a fast rate because of the fundamental business benefits including a lower total cost of ownership, improved security, more accountability, less reliance on staff, greater elasticity, faster deployment and mobile accessibility.
Early this year, TechRepublic conducted a survey to better understand whether companies were happy with the transition, focusing on end user satisfaction of software as a service (SaaS). Their research shows that companies implementing SaaS solutions are overwhelmingly pleased with the outcome, with 91 percent reporting that their SaaS solutions met or exceeded expectations.
